Roasted Mediterranean vegetable terrine with tomato salsa sauce (1 person)


Ingredients:
· ¼ red peppers
· ¼ yellow pepper
· ¼ green peppers
· 20g aubergine
· 20g courgette
· 30g onion
· ¼ tomatos diced
· 1 tea spoon tomato paste
· 1 garlic glove
· 20g chopped parsley
· 3 gelatine leaf
· 5g salt
· 5g pee
Instructions:
· Dice all vegetables and roast in oven
· Chop all vegetables and check the seasoning
· Put gelatine leaf in the cold water
· Mix all vegetable and add gelatine leaf to it
· Put the mix in the terrine nicely presented, and keep it in the fridge for 3hours
· When ready to serve present has above
