Mint Fiz


Ingredients:
- 50 ml Hendricks Gin
- 25 ml Crème the Menthe
- 25ml Lime juice
- 20 ml Sugar syrup
- top up with soda

Instructions:
Shake first four ingredients together with ice and strain into an ice filled glass, then top up with soda and stir.

Garnish:
Mint leaf
